I’m having trouble setting up my account. The money was taken from my account but it won’t let me go any further. It asks me to start over which means paying again. What am I doing wrong?

@Christine70 - if you already entered payment information, I would not suggest you back out and try again incase of duplicate charges. Maybe check with this group, click this link to use the: Public Mobile Online Activation Assistance

If you insert the SIM card, is your Public Mobile service working?
