I have suspended my services however it is still saying my next payment is Feb. 6th. Please confirm that while the account is suspended, payments do not need to be made. Thanks.

@KP how long do you plan to keep it suspended? You may want to check out @Luddite's Extended Absence Guide.

@KP, I assume you suspended the service using lost phone feature? If so, there is no need to remove auto pay. The system will not renew your account. Once the account goes into suspension, you will see the deactivation date. So you will know when to take action to restore the account.

PM is prepayed service, so if you stop paying you just stop getting service, no late payments, credit problems, ect. As @Carld123 said you will want to remove any credit card information as it will automatically keep charging for service. Feb 6 is just the date that you would need to pay for the next 30 days of service.
If you are porting your phone number your PM account will need to still be active in order to port it to a new company.
You have 90 days from after your service ends to restore your account, otherwise your account will be deleted and to restore it you will need a new SIM card.

If you suspended your service no payments will be needed , you have 90 days to re activate...if you have autopay you could disable it for piece of mind...
