My card has been suspended by my provider because of illegal behaviour, I changed my card number on my account page , how long before my account is reactivated?

Did you make sure to delete old card before adding new card info ?

If done correctly, it should work right away.

When an account is supended for a missed payment, simply adding a valid credit card does not automatically re-enable the service or renew the plan. As @RossN  said,  a payment must be manually made.

@Fudgie  Restart your phone, it should be immediate. If not, submit a ticket to PM and ask them to investigate.

@Fudgie hi try making a manual payment with your new card for amount due then look for the reactivate button in your self serve
