@Hamid60 Log into your self -serve account and see if your plan is active. Is your phone unlocked? Did your payment go through?

@Hamid60 We need more information. Are you moving from another provider? What type of phone do you have? Are you currently in Quebec? If you are in Quebec there is currently a problem with there service, they are working on getting it back.
