My service was suspended I bought a $25 voucher and it says I have $25.50 in my account but phone doesn't work says my service will expire on April 22 2026 and that's when my next payment is due. Any help ?

when you look in your acct and see the $$ in Available Funds...do you also see a Resume service tab ....if so, click it.

So the $25.50 covers the plan plus any 911 services? If not, then you need to buy additional voucher. 

Reboot your phone and test again.
