I created an additional account for my mother to use. My mom came and go and the sim card never arrived.I would like to be refunded for the month I got charged.

you should have just picked up the sim card in Telus or Koodo stores
but yes, since service was never really activated (without a sim card), support agent will usually provide refund without a fight. Please message them
