Hi I paid for my service but it still says that my account is still  suspended what do I do?

@Tordybean20 so long as your  services still work you can safely ignore this Error message . . I get this same message every renewal day until about noon the same day until the system fully updates itself . If you have no services try rebooting the phone or reset network settings . If still no luck please submit ticket with support

did you try rebooting your device?

What messaging to you hear when you dial 611 from your device?

It’s also possible the messaging in your self serve might be outdated.

Try clearing cache and cookies or tapping those refresher icons on the page to get an updated version of what you’re seeing.
