Service suspended

Hello,

 

My service is suspended.  The message indicates I need to renew my account.  However, my monthly payments come out of my credit card AND my card is paid off each month.  There is ALWAYS sufficient funds to cover my monthly $37.00 cell phone bill.  

You may have my account listed as xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx with an email of xxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.  (I am just concluding a legal divorce so both of my name AND emails are valid.)

 

Please let me know how I can reactivate my account?

IIf your renewal is tonight then seeing "Account Suspended" is perfectly normally. Once payments are processed your account will change back to "Active" status sometime between 6am and noon eastern. As long as you still have working services you need not worry.

 

You do have a small window of opportunity before your plan amount is charged to either disable autopay or self suspend via losf/stolen if you want go take advantage of the limited time offer available to current customers ....$40/15gb at "4G" speed. You can just renew and schedule a change plan on next renewal to this new plan or allow your service to suspend by either method previously mentioned. You would then have to wait for renewals to complete and you could then choose the $40/15gb plan to reactivate your account with by making a manual top up payment.
