I’ve been with public mobile for years. I’m on autopay, nothing has changed with my banking. Payment was taken out on the weekend and today my phone won’t make or receive calls.  Really sucks you can’t contact a human and are forced into this online stuff.  Please fix this issue.

restart/reboot  your phone ,maybe your payment  was short, dial 611 what does it say

Remember that your account must be active to port your number to another carrier. You can’t port out if your account is suspended.

I think I will just go somewhere else that has humans you can call.  They just lost two long time customers because of this horrible customer service.

It seems like this is an issue for a lot of members today. Best thing to do is to contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket since PM is an online service.
