i have an active plan. Good till October 3rd. My phone shows all public Mobile services. I get messages from public Mobile.
When I try to call it says I don’t have an active plan but my account says I do
noone is receiving my messages and my data is not working.
Please help!!!!!!

Hi,
I'm not sure which plan is attached to your sim. Is it possible that the plan has reached its limit for text and data?

@Sbl63you could try rebooting phone (doubt it will change anything).
but i think the mods will need to get involved. there was a similar situation yesterday but they could not call 611 nor loginto self serve.
