Hello,
Today my service/data has stopped working although I have active subscription. My account has worked for the last few months but today data is not working, I've tried to use airplane 39 sec with phone on and off, still unable to resolve any issues. The data service shows 0/40gb used but it is not working

make sure you don't have any data limit enabled on the phone
They try Reboot phone and click Reset network settings
if same, then ask PM support agent to refresh the account. Please submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Ticket", Then click the following in order: "Account Management" , "Log In".
(If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
