Service not working

As of this morning I lost network connection. No calls, no data, no texts. My phone shows that I’m on 5G and have 3 bars, but nothing is working. Today also happens to be my billing date. Public Mobile charged me, it went through on my card, but I still don’t have service. I tried restarting my phone, I tried turning airplane mode on and off. I can’t call customer support. What do I do?

Same issue with me as well for past 2 weeks network has been weak, call drops, slow internet, no to low bars. tried eveyhting will be creating the ticket.

try Reboot phone and click Reset network settings and test again

if same, submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:       
            https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html 
             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
