Hi, the service of my phone is still not fully functioning so far. I can use phone calling, data, and receiving SMS, but I can’t send an SMS. The status bar on my phone shows No SIM and SOS without signal. I thought it is caused by eSIM porting process and would be ok by today, but the problem is still here now. The problem has been 2 days since I registered the subscription to Public Mobile. I am looking forward to your solution on this matter ASAP. Thank you.

Try resetting network settings.
Reboot your phone
If that doesn't help contact PM let them know what the problem is. And maybe they can do something on there end. You won't get a response till tomorrow

I am sure there is no physical SIM card in the tray. No signal shown on my phone, and only SOS, but I can all function other than sending SMS are working properly.

Try opening the sim card tray and see if you have left an old one in there

A phone that is in SOS mode cannot make phone calls, allow use of data, and wouldn't be able to receive SMS. I'm wondering if there is an SIM from another carrier also still in the phone that is allowing use of those services.
