My phone number is not working. I have a subscription and everything was working correctly but know there is an issue.
When I login to mobile app I don't see the usual interface, instead I see a menu of support. So, I even can't check the subscription state.

Call 1-855-4PUBLIC or dial 611 to check on the status of your account.
If everything looks fine, check to see if there is an outage in your area.

Has your credit card been compromised recently? Have you requested any chargebacks? If this has occurred and your credit card issuer reversed charges that included your last plan payment to Public Mobile then this is considered fraudulent by Public Mobile because they offer pre-paid services only.
Your account and login is immediately suspended until back payment and often your next payment is recieved via payment voucher and/or instant Top up (RTP). They may also restrict account access and require "cash" payment for up to 12 months.
If this applies to your case I would suggest an apologetic tone, a plea of innocence to the actions of your credit card issuer and having 2×your plan amount in vouchers ready to give to the agent for payment when you first contact customer support in the hopes that they restore full access to your account. Ask if they will accept a different credit card issuer's credit card for future payments. Good Luck!
