Hi, I have transferred my husband and I's mobiles on Public Mobile today. I had succeeded my transfer.  I have tried to transfer my husband's but from my cel and not his. From what I can see, it worked on the eMEI and now my phone is down.

How can I fix this.

No, you can use the same credit card to pay multiple accounts.

Did you remove or disable the previous sim/eSIM?

Reset Network might be needed.

I just added my son with PM two days ago.  Initially, we couldn't text and call eachother, but I was able to call and text others and data was on.  Today, everything is off.  I submitted a ticket for help and they had me turn on primary esim, which I did.  Still not working.  Is it possible that the same thing happened to me because I used the same credit card to pay for both of our lines?

did you use a different email address for the second account? PM system is one email for just one account.

if you have used the same email address for the second account, it would screw up the first one, you will need PM to help

Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

PM will reply to your community inbox,  between 9AM-10PM EST (Mon-Sun), check here:
