Service Problem in Saint John NB

Hi, my husband and I live uptown Saint John, NB. and for about the last week the service has been almost nothing. I don’t know what has happened and I know it’s not my phone because it affects us both. Texts won’t go through, calls take a while to connect. Wondering if there is anyone in the same boat or knows of something to try?

Appreciate the help!

I weren't aware of any major service outage in St John.  Did you try Reboot the phone and try Reset Network Settings on the phone?

If you have a physical sim card, try it on another phone.

Last, ask PM to check and refresh the account.   Open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)  Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
