K. I asked TWO weeks ago how long of a heads up I should give so I can get my koodo number ported before my account goes into another month of billing and I was told
At the moment it'd be a better idea to write back to us 2-3 days before you want the change done with those information:
Koodo number to port
Koodo account number
PM account number
PM phone number
SO I DID that last Sunday. My koodo billing cycle is in 1 more day. So as a last minute frustrating resort I tried to do it myself through account settings. I literally can't EVEN check eligibility cause everytime I click on it I get:
Generic Error
Oh no!
It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic.
Log out and then log back in again to continue. Or return to the Login Page.
Mods can you please port my number ASAP!!! The infos in the pm I sent 5 days ago. 😞 I also need my wifes number done in like 2 days too.

Hi @Shazia_K the time has come lol, I Pm'ed you with the info for the port that needs to take place on the 29th at the latest the 30th but I'm hoping the 29th for no issues with koodo.

See of this may resolve your wife's concern while getting a "different" address for Koodo and Public Mobile:
I know that Apple and Yahoo mail allow creation of an alias that comes to the primary address.

Haha, you are the BEST Shazia. I know this might be an inconsiderate question now but whats the hours of operation going to be like during the holidays? Like I mentioned earlier my wifes phone needs to be ported soon and she has the same email address for both pm and koodo. I tried to get her to get another one but she wouldnt. 😞
