Service Issues

I have no service on my phone, my friend use the same sim but he’s sim card is working just fine. But I have no service on mine it only shows Sos. Please help

if the same sim is not working in another phone,  try to see if you can login My Account.    To avoid browser cache confusing,  please login My account using Incognito mode to confirm account status

If it shows On Hold (Suspended) , then it is a payment issue.  Click "Pay Now and Resume Services" to make a manual payment 

If it shows active, try pull the sim card out once more , wipe it clean, put it back in the phone and test it in another area, just in case it is a local network issue

Yes, I tried in a different phone but no luck. And it's not a new activation, i have this sim for almost a year now.

It's not, it has been working just fine almost a year and out of nowher today it shows no service sos only. I tried putting it into someone's else's phone but no luck 😢

Do you mean your friend put their working sim from whatever provider into your phone and it worked fine? And can you put your sim into their phone and see what happens? Did you just sign up? Or have you been here a while?
