When I try to access my account I get a blank page at https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/
Any suggestions on how to access my account info? I'd like to add another phone to the account but having doubts if self serve is often non-functional

That trick only works in some browsers. For other browsers, it's still a while screen and you have to wait for the site to work properly again. Chrome incognito is a work around but it's still a problem with Public Mobile's site.

Public self serve does this regularly. It's not because too many people are activating. It happens in the middle of the night too.

This can happen sometimes. Yes "The White Screen", I am getting it too.
Try opening it through an incognito tab. I just tried this, and it worked.

Unfortunately that’s all done online. They’re probably working on it to bring it back up.
