Is anyone else experiencing self-serve portal issues?
I have been unable to update my CC info, cannot get status of auto top up. I have even went in and tried to get addons, change plan, etc and no information is populating.
When I try and Change plans and view plans it gives me a form error. Anything else like buy an addon, check usage, I get a generic error.
I have tried Firefox, Chrome, Edge, IE on separate computers and internet connections. Also tried incognito/private browsing.
