So I accidentally activated the eSIM to my mom’s phone as I can not download app as I’m out of region and I can not change it on my phone.
I then tried to purchase a new eSIM but it does not give a QR code.
does anyone have any advise to activate new eSIM onto my device?

Check with PM and see if they can send you the eSIM QR code
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here
