Take the SIM and clean with microfibre cloth and reboot your phone.

check any outage in your area:
https://www.telus.com/en/bc/outages

Use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login to My Acocunt and check account status. Maybe your account is suspended for payment issue

if it shows active, reboot phone and Reset Network Settings and try again

also test your PM sim in another phone and test it in a different area
