My phone was cleared from the lost list a week ago by Bell. I have a new sim from Public Mobile in the phone, but still shows SOS. I would think that it would have cleared by now?
I have checked the IEMI on the list and it’s clear.
Any ideas?

Hey! If you're an ESIM user and got stuck to the last step of number transfer or just waiting to activate your ESIM and you have SOS signal.
Purchase ESIM in your public mobile account.
Then, if you are an iphone user, Go to settings>>SIMs>> turn "off" cellular data. Wait for 5mins, then signal bar will change. Restart your phone then submit a ticket to PM to give you the $5 credit to your acct.

it still could take couple days to a week for all the carrier to sync up with the blacklist
you can wait till next week, or message support to confirm, but honest, nothing much support can do if the db now sync yet, they cannot just remove it off their local blacklist

It could take couple days for the phone to go off the list. Please confirm if your phone really off the blacklist here:
https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/
if it is cleared from there, it could be another 2 or 3 days for it to sync to PM's system
