I’m not receiving verification codes on my phone, nor am I able to use wifi outside of my home. I have plenty of data left. Please advise.

Can you receive phone calls and call you make calls? And data work?
If just the 2FA SMS, click Didn't receive code or Resend Code and choose Send e-mail.
If email is not an option, then ask PM for help
