SMS not receiving

Sending works but I am unable to receive SMS.

 

Phone: Oppo Find X5 Pro (Android)

Tried rebooting phone, to no avail.

Had been receiving texts two days ago.

to troubleshoot device vs PM service issue, do you have the option to try your Public Mobile SIM card in a different device to see if the texts work both ways?

 

HI @BennyM 

if you didn't port in the number, then the phone number we sent you won't help

Try to Reset All networks on your phone.  Click your message cache or try install Google Message and use it to see if sms works

Did not port phone number.

I'll attempt another reboot.

Try resetting the Network setting on your phone. You will need to re-enter your home wifi if you have one.

can you call in and out and does your data work?

perhaps try clearing your message app, data and cache and resetting network connections

you ported in your number? can you receive inbound calls? if you ported in, I am not sure if porting was done successfully

reboot the phone once and try
