SMS 2-factor authentication code

I am a Public Mobile customer with a Canadian plan. How do I receive an SMS 2-factor authentication code from my bank or any other website when I am in Portugal?

@Raygarge  Sorry you can’t public mobile only has roaming in US and Mexico , you have to try authentication app or ask bank if you can use email instead
