Lost service 1 hour ago and getting the message 'SIM not provisioned lol voice'.
Put SIM in another phone and still no service.

I had the same message. It turned out my public mobile account was hacked and someone switched the sim card number.
Solution:
1. Change password on your account
2. In your account click on "change sim card" and re enter your sim card number (can be found on the sim card)

I already checked.
I am on the auto pay $25 plan and it is active.

@beakbird Log into your self sevice account, check to see if your plan is active, suspended or if you are out of minutes if you on a limited minute plan. You may have to buy the 500 minute, $5 add on. Please report back. Thanks.
