Been since Black Friday trying to get the SIM to activate service. Still not here and nobody knows where it is.
Why can't i just switch to an eSIM? Finally getting a live person on the chat and they tell me they can't do it?

to switch to esim or to ask for sim status, you still need to ask PM. So, message them and ask , they might be able to let you pick up another sim card locally. Just message here
