SIM never delivered

This is the third time I have asked public mobile to send me a SIM card and they haven't sent me one yet is this common?

No this is not normal, as noted @softech it will take up to 3 weeks to arrive.

If you are in a rush, you can pick one up at your local Telus/Koodo store and ask for a refund if it still doesn’t arrive through your mail.

how long has it been?  It could take as many as 3 weeks for PM to ship sim card.  Has it been 3 weeks yet?

 

and you opened ticket and they tried to resend?  any chance the address was wrong? or maybe your address is those hard to deliver/confusing one?

 

Honest, you need to work with PM Support on this.  You probably know how to open ticket with them, but just in case:

 

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at: 

      https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there
