Just registered with Public mobile and put the new sim card in, phone restarted and is asking for SIM network unlock pin and the pin number I created on the account is not working. help!

@JeremyStapleton you need to contact your previous provider and ask them to unlock your phone. If it's a Samsung bought in North America , you can contact Samsung online and ask them to unlock it for you. You will need your imei code dial *#06# from your phone to get it. Welcome to PM. Stay safe.

@JeremyStapleton hi you need to contact your previous provider to get your phone unlocked if it is a samsung you can contact their online support they will give you a master unlock code

Your phone is locked to the provider you got it from. You have to contact them and ask for the unlock code. If it's a Samsung. Go to Samsung Canada website and open a live chat and they'll give it to you.

Your phone is locked. Contact your previous carrier to have it unlocked.

Don't try to many times you can lock it
Can you please write down exact message
Most likely the phone is locked and you will have to contact previous provider for the pin
