Unable to change my sim number on my account. I apply the new number and press save changes and the new number changes to all zeros.

To verify that it is usable.....try the first step of activation. Once all numbers are entered you should get a green check mark but if you get a red exclamation mark...it is an issue.....likely already used.

@Gg3 Hi clear your cache and cookies or try a different browser in private or incognito mode reboot your device and try again
