I switched to public mobile from virgin on Monday January 26. My phone is older so wasn’t offered the option of an eSIM. I ordered and paid for a physical sim. It still has not arrived. I do not want to pay for another month with virgin. Please look in to this and get back to me as soon as possible.

You can order one from Amazon for $5 with faster shipping.
PM ships the SIM by Canada Post and it takes 10 working days (2 weeks) or up to 3 weeks.
Since you paid for the 50% promo. PM will honour the promo and once you activate the SIM. It will start your 30 days cycle.

Since you're ordering a physical SIM, it could take time because of shipping. If I were you, I would try to go into a Telus or Koodo store and see if they can give you a SIM on the spot. See if they can give you a credit since you already paid for the Sim card if they give it to you in store
