I have lost my SIM card, but I have already cancelled the automatic subscription renewal months ago, and as I log in the username and phone number looks like has already been deleted. I have two questions: 1) do I still need to mark it was lost? I can’t find where to mark it. 2) if it has already been deactivated why I can still log in into the account.

thank you for your response, but earlier when I just log in all information is unavailable, but after I fill in some information for the ticket, the information like alternative number is come back, have this kind of thing ever happen to you?

How long have you left your account unsubscribed?
If it was longer than 90 days then your accounts will be closed for nonpayment and you can’t access your account and your number will be returned to the carrier you got the number from.
If it was less than 90 days, you account is suspended and you should have access to your account. You can purchase a new SIM and replace the old SIM card number to continue service with PM.
