I recently ordered a SIM card but need to cancel the order as I can't cancel my existing provider as I have outstanding on my device

Please note that there are no expiry date on the SIM card so you can wait until your contract for your device has expired

The service at your existing provider could still be cancelled, but would need to pay offf amount owings.
As for the the Public Mobile SIM card, these sales are final and non-refundable. If the order hasn't yet been shipped, customer service might issue a refund, but they don't have to. You would have to contact Public Mobile's customer support agents. That can be done by using that chatbot link near the bottom of this website. If the SIM card has already been shipped, you're free to keep the SIM card for future use, but there won't be a refund.
