SIM card order issue

Hi, I tried to submit a support ticket, but it won't let me to do the submission.

My payment went through, and credit card got charged. Can someone please help. Did my order successfully made or not?

if they have not charge you yet, buy from Amazon for cheaper, $5

or buy from Telus or Koodo store for quicker turnaround
