SIM card activate same number

Hi I cannot remember my password to my email to my public account .

I need my cell number to access my email and lost my phone 

I have a new SIM card I want to activate with my same number 

So I can access my online and emails. Please @linkstomembers

Unfortunately, this won't work if the e-mail addreess that the customer has mentioned is the same as the one used for the Self Serve account because the customer has stated that the e-mail account is inaccessible.

Just login and enter your email then click on Forgot Password and have the 2FA code sent to your email so you can access your account.

Go to Profile section and click on Change SIM so you can keep your old number.

You may want to Blacklist your lost phone so if can’t be use by clicking on Lost/Stolen Phone.

@Grimmreaper you need to login to My Account to change to the new sim card (link up your account and phone number to the new sim card)
