SIM Card

I just received my SIM card.  My phone has not arrived yet.  Do I need the phone to activate the SIM card and set up an account/phone number? Thanks

@JulieM   Technically you can setup ahead of your phone.  the SIM number is all it needs.    But of course, it is better if you have a phone to test it out in case there is issue with SIM provisioning (So, maybe get a spare phone to test it out first if you can).  But, you can always open ticket even you found out problems after activation
