SIM Card Not Working After Changing Phones

recently changed my mobile phone and moved my SIM card to the new device, but it’s not working. I’ve already tried all the steps recommended by the chatbot and even submitted a ticket, but I haven’t heard back from Public Mobile yet.

According to the announcement, the ticket system is down, supposed to message instead for the time being.
