Why does my rewards account show suspended when it’s all paid up to current?

By any chance, @Mamabear1738 , did you elect to opt out of rewards at any time in the past?
If so, you can choose to opt back in to the public points program.

Try refreshing your browser by clicking on the circular arrow. It is probably on your last page you login into.

Are you currently going thru renewal? If not try logging into the rewards account after you clear your browser and reboot your device. It's likely the caching issue displaying the cached version of your account. The last time you logged into your rewards account was your service suspended?
