Hello,
I connected one of my family members to the public mobile via my code more than one year ago and today I find out I haven’t received any rewards for that. What should I do now?

If you check and you haven't received it, you can get the person who was referred by you to contact a CSA to get that resolved, but since it's been so long they may not be able to go back and retroactively add the rewards, but maybe you can start collecting them going forward

You can check your account under Access Rewards then check the details in Referral Friends section. If the last 4 digit of their phone number is on the list then your family member got the $10 credit and you got $1 off your monthly bill.
Over a year is a long time.

Your bill should be lower for $1 each 30 days.
If family member used your referral code correctly, you should see something like this on your account

but only YOU will get $1 off from bill; fam. member should receive one time $10 credit.

Wow. That's a long time. When you go into your rewards page do you see a dollar amount for referrals? When you expand the referral item, do you see their phone number there? Do they remember getting $10 when they signed up? When you look at your payment history do you not see a line mentioning referral?
