I've added on 3 gigs of data before in rewards and they never expired. This time it shows they expire after 30 days. Can this transaction be canceled?

Having a credit in your account is fine. At your next renewal funds will come from your credit first before your credit card.

Same thing with me. I submitted a ticket and asked for a refund. Instead they but the money in credit to be used alater. Big drawback that they do this now. I will be shopping for another service.

It is easier to a ask the agent to credit your account then to ask for a refund.

@DH60 Yes unfortunately with new system update couple months ago. Data add on now expire . All you can do is submit ticket with support and see if there’s anything that can be done .best of luck
