@Ari3 - if you just activated an account, then you will pay the full amount on your first cycle (including taxes of course). Rewards will be credited on future renewals.

If you used a referral code, this takes up to 72 hours to reflect in your account and will be used towards your next renewal.

If this is not a new activation, do you mind explaining a bit more of why you think you are not receiving rewards?

how long since the purchase Usually points are added on the same day but it could be as many as 48 hours.  To avoid browser cache confusion, login to My Account again using Incognito mode , go to Rewards section and check the rewards transaction once more in that mode

Are your referring to the Points rewards?

You will receive 5% of your monthly payment after it has been paid. It should show in your account. Once you reach 15 points, you can redeem it for a $15 credit in your account.

If not, please contact a CS_Agent by private messaging on your computer or click on your avatar>Messages>pencil/paper icon on your phone to have it added into your account.
