I'm with Public mobile more than 1 year. Why my loyalty reward of $1 not applied to my payments?

Right so if you started in June you will get it in July. You should get a text as well closer to renewal date telling about the reward, at least I did my first time around with PM

After the renewal before your calendar anniversary you will see the dollar added in the rewards area. Then the next renewal, which will be after the anniversary, you will get the dollar deduction off your plan.

I'm with public mobile since June 2021. I did not receive the loyalty reward. Only $2 off for auto payment.
I see the loyalty reward in my rewards section but it is not applied in the payment.
