A friend of mine referred me to Public Mobile. I submitted his code but he did not get the reward for the referral and I did not get the $10 credit. He was told that my phone number is not on record but that cannot be so because I am using the phone successfully.

You can wait for 2-3 weeks, if not raise the ticket

It normally takes a couple of days for your referral rewards to be added into your account and your friend will also get a text from PM that his referral code was used and a $1 discount will be added to his monthly bill.
If not added into your Self Serve account, contact a PM moderator by clicking on the SIMon chat button and create a ticket for the moderator to look into your rewards issue.

@Jeste44 for missing friend-referral , the one with the new activation should be the one opening ticket with mod. Have it been over 72 hours? If so, open a ticket with mod
