I ran out of data while on vacation. When I tried to add some data with my reward points all I was offered was US talk/text and data. I used 20 points and added believing I could still use this in Canada. Unfortunately my data does not work and took 20 points off my rewards. Why do I not have an option of just adding some data through my rewards. My wife has this option even though she already has a cheaper plan than I do.

Hi,
Everyone has access to the same information on the Rewards tab. It is not customized for each user. So just like your wife's account, you should be able to find the correct reward to redeem from the catalog.
If you need help to exchange the incorrect reward that was purchased, you can simply open a ticket and ask agent to switch it for you.
