Rewards showing wrong term (30 instead of 90)

My rewards are showing the wrong term, and I think weren't credited properly on my renewal last week as a result.

 

It's showing $2 for autopay when I'm on a 90 day term (IIRC it used to show $6).

 

Similarly for my referrals.. how do I get this fixed?

From what I understand, your rewards do not reflect your plan cycle (30 days VS 90 days). If this is in fact the case and it still persists, kindly send me your phone number via private message I would be more than happy to help you!

@Zombie, sorry to hear you are having some issues.  I think you will need to contact a MOD

Here is the link for Contacting our Community Moderators.  When you click on the link a new page will open up and you will see a list of Community Moderators.  Choose one name *they will all have access to the message* and then click send message with as much information listed below.
 
* PM account email address
* SIM card number(if available)
* PM phone number
* Detailed explanation
Community Moderators are available from Mon-Thursday 9am(EST) to 9pm(EST) and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9am(EST) to 5:30pm(EST)
 
Make sure you have your notifications for private messages turned on and you can do that here

Weird. I don't remember seeing this glitch.
