I have no complaints because my $20 for a 5G plan with 60 gb by far compensates the long waiting period to get the additional point reward bonus.

After they changed the point system 6 months ago, it is very hard to earn enough points for useful rewards. Only worthwhile reward is $20 bill credit for 20 points. If you have $20 plan for example, this will take about 25 months to get the reward - 0.4 points per month x 25 months = 10 points + 10 points (2 x 5 annual bonus points).

The old "Autopay" reward is gone and now Points are the replacement Reward.

Regardless of whether you use a credit card or a voucher, for every dollar you spend, you’ll make 2% of it back in points. Points will be added to your account within 48 hours of your payment.

added...once you've accumulated 20 Points or more, you can redeem them to convert them to $20 toward costs of plan next renewal.
