I reimbursed some of My Rewards in August for 2 x "$15 Bill Credit" yet they haven't been credited toward any of my charges. Why not?

@henryvano11 You should have seen it in your available funds once you redeemed it and be used towards the following renewal date . If it didn’t submit ticket with support to investigate what went wrong
