Rewards missing

I recieved a text saying that only one reward was applied to my account but the remaining two were not. Please advise.

Hello memetis,
I think your friends may have discountinued their services with Public Mobile and thus you are missing those loyalty rewards. But as said by another individual we may need more information to deduce the problem (such as a screenshot without personal information).

What kind of rewards are missing?
Can you locate them in your self serve, all the rewards should be listed there.
You will most likely have to contact mods either if they are not correctly listed or in the easier case where they were listed but not applied. It does happen sometimes, you will have to keep an eye on it the next cycle too
