I was paying online for my service and I had received a message that it was not going through. So I paid again and I had been charged twice! I’m not needing the service for the amount that I paid so how do I reverse this transaction!

usually there's no refund, but in your case where it is PM's fault, the mods can grant refunds on case by case basis.
